ONEBIZ

Features

Everything is built around the schedule

Two flagship ideas — Smart Scheduling and Time Intelligence — and everything a studio needs every day. What works is kept apart from what is planned: first, what exists.

Smart Scheduling

Booking that protects the specialist's time

An ordinary calendar shows what is free. ONEBIZ shows where to book. For every free slot it works out how much useless dead time the slot would leave in the specialist's day, and puts the best options on top.

  • The best slots — back-to-back with neighbouring bookings, no 5–14 minute holes — come first.
  • The list hides nothing: every free slot is available, the system only sets the order.
  • Each slot says why it ranks where it does: “back-to-back before, 20-minute window after”.
  • In the diagram, the same booking at 11:00 leaves a 25-minute hole; at 10:15 it fits back-to-back.

Time Intelligence

Available now

What your schedule earned — and what it could have

The till report tells you how much money came in. Time Intelligence analyses the schedule itself: where time worked, where it didn't, and what that cost.

  • Utilization: the share of working time that is booked.
  • Revenue per working hour and per booked hour.
  • Schedule Efficiency Score: a single measure of how tightly the day is packed.
  • Loss breakdown: gaps, cancellations, no-shows, late starts, overruns (work that took longer than planned) — each with estimated lost revenue.
  • Drill-down to the specific bookings behind each loss.
  • A per-specialist view; periods of 1, 7 and 30 days.

Calendar

Available now

The studio's day on one screen

Specialists in columns, time running down. You see who is busy, where the break is and where a window is open.

  • A day calendar by specialist.
  • Shifts and breaks are taken into account when booking.
  • Reschedule and cancel bookings.

Visits

Available now

One visit, several services

A client came for a manicure, brows and styling? That is one visit of three services — with different specialists at different times.

  • Services of one visit can go to different specialists.
  • Each service has its own time.
  • The visit is visible as a whole: services, specialists and times in one place.

Reliable booking

Available now

A booking that can't collide

Checks run on the server, not only in the interface: the system won't create a booking that conflicts with the schedule.

  • A specialist can't be booked in two places at once.
  • A booking can't fall outside a shift or onto a break.
  • A single resource — a chair, say — can't be taken by two at once.
  • Reschedule and cancel bookings.

Clients

Your client database, at hand

Find a client and see their visit history and totals in a couple of seconds.

  • Visit history.
  • Totals for every client.

Roles and permissions

Available now

Everyone sees and does exactly what they should

Permissions are a matrix of module × view, create, edit, delete, and they are enforced on the server. A hidden button in the interface is not protection, so we don't rely on it alone.

  • A permissions matrix per module.
  • Checked on the server, not only in the interface.
  • Different access for different roles.

Audit log

Available now

Who changed what

Significant changes are written to a log: who, what and when. The log is append-only and built so that tampering with entries can be detected.

  • Who changed what, and when.
  • Entries are added, never rewritten.
  • The log is fed from an event outbox.

Data and hosting

Your business's data is yours alone

ONEBIZ serves many businesses, and each one's data is isolated at the database level. Servers are in the EU, in Finland.

  • Strict data isolation between businesses (PostgreSQL row-level security).
  • Hosted in the EU (Finland).
  • Passwords are stored hashed.
  • The connection is encrypted (HTTPS).

Languages and phone

Available now

Three languages, and it fits in your pocket

The interface is available in Russian, Czech and English. The app works in a phone browser — you can run the calendar from the front desk or from your workstation.

  • Russian, čeština, English.
  • A responsive interface.
  • No separate app needed — a browser is enough.
