Frequently asked questions

What does “early access” mean?

The product already works, but we connect studios one at a time: we set up the workspace together with you and take your wishes into account. We fix prices for the first studios, and billing will be switched on after the pilot.

Do I need to install anything?

No. ONEBIZ works in the browser on a computer or a phone.

Can clients book themselves?

Yes. Every studio gets an online booking page: a link, a QR code and an embed code for your website. You can confirm bookings automatically or manually, and clients can reschedule or cancel by themselves.

Do e-mails and reminders go out to clients automatically?

Templates and the message queue are ready, and sending starts once mail is connected to your workspace. We'll help with the setup. Until mail is connected, messages are only written to the log.

Can I take payments online?

No, ONEBIZ has no online payments. You record payments for visits in the till: cash, card, transfer, plus discounts, tips, refunds and debts.

Where is my studio's data stored?

On servers in the European Union (Finland). Each business's data is isolated from the others at the database level.

Can I move my client base over?

The app can import clients from CSV. If your base is in another system, write to us: we'll look at your data first and help with the move.

How much does it cost?

From €20 a month for one specialist, €35 for up to five, €50 for up to fifteen (excl. VAT). Pay yearly and get 20% off.
